The CEC Charter

Charter European Coordinating Committee (CEC)

1 . The CEC partners include that under Article 3 of the Statute of CEC mission especially at regional level :

  • The social and occupational integration and the fight against exclusion,
  •  Integration of disabled people in society,
  •  Equal Opportunities
  •  Training and education throughout life ,
  •  Sustainable development
  •  Promoting the dissemination of good practice , information and training to partners CEC
  •  The development of European integration.

2 . Initiatives implemented by the various partners of CEC show two specific fields of action :

  •  CEC partners are in the perspective of being part of a European network that allows them to exchange experiences and good practices , either in the framework of European programs , or during events organized by the CEC.
  •  Some partners develop an action socio-professional integration of people in difficulty lying in a social economy perspective creates jobs for the public concerned with a view to ensuring the sustainability of the action taken. They want to develop joint actions in the EQF , actions to be undertaken in conjunction with socio -economic backgrounds is still with the regional authorities.

3 . CEC combines in its action meets this dual approach to the specificity of its members also all committed to the development of European integration.
The services rendered by the CEC to its partners (information, contact , participation in Community programs) are obviously similar and of equal importance , whatever the nature of initiatives

4 . The CEC also develops the principles of multiculturalism. It must intervene in particular in thinking that should be undertaken in the field of education and training throughout life.

5 . Appropriate, on the basis of this multiculturalism , to allow members of the CEC, to exchange views on the richness of their cultural diversity and national practice experiences, which would deepen the sense of European identity based on common values ​​(solidarity, respect for others , freedom of conscience, ethical values ​​) , the foundation of a European citizenship , taking into account the principles applied by the European Charter of Fundamental Rights.
