As part of the Europe 2020 growth strategy, the European Union has set ambitious targets for employment, innovation, education and social inclusion by 2020.

In response to these objectives, "Etudes Et Chantiers Corsica" launched its project ERASMUS + Strategic Partnerships "Pédagogie de Chantier" in Bratislava on November 5, 2014, aiming to recreate professional prospects among young people through methodological approaches to training in construction pedagogy. The project will train trainers in this pedagogy to enable young adults permanently excluded from the labor market to find not only a job but also to reintegrate themselves socially. Work camps are a real alternative to dropping out of school for young adults. This is a pedagogical approach with a "training" dimension and a "production" dimension
