Final Event of CAVA

The last event of CAVA project took place on 27th and 28th June in Forlimpopoli, Italy, not far from Bologna.
During the Artusiana festival (an Italian culinary festival), we were able to present our outcomes to the press and the local authorities.
Besides meetings and serious presentations, in the very kitchen of Casa Artusi, a group of students (from different regions of Italy), was lucky enough to be able to take a course and test the kitchen! It was a success!
In the files annexe, you’ll find:
the program of the seminar and the festival (in Italian only).
As well as a couple of photos.
